Dubsado | 10 Reasons they are the Best CRM

  1. Customer Service: Dubsado has the best customer service…like, ever! If I had a question about setup, or something I wasn’t doing quite right, I would send a quick message through the in-window chat, and they were SO quick to help. On the customer service chat, and the Facebook Community, there is no lack of communication whatsoever. Customer service is one of those things that makes or breaks a product/service for me, even if I love it, and with Dubsado, it’s something I never have to worry about. They’re there when you need them, period.
  2. Leads/Jobs: Everything is so organized and seamlessly integrated into my website so as soon as someone fills out my contact form, I am notified, it goes into the correct categories I have created for leads, and from there I can communicate, send welcome info, invoices, contracts, and more. It’s all so user friendly.
  3. Workflow: Automation, automation, automation! I never used to automate anything before using Dubsado because I was afraid to relinquish control. They make automation easy to customize for your own needs, no matter how automated you want your business to be. It really is a true time saver, not to mention, every client gets the same awesome service from you.
  4. Proposals/Invoicing/Payments: Dubsado users can customize proposals, make templates, add custom packages, and allow clients to fill out the proposal then be walked through invoicing and the contract…meaning you get paid faster than usual. Invoices are super easy to put together, especially after you’ve put in all your frequently used products/services as well as packages.
  5. Contracts: If you’re like me, you’ve had your contracts in the form of PDF’s and other “form” services for years. Getting them setup in Dubsado is seriously a breeze, and getting them signed by your clients is even breezier. The client experience is seamless too which for me is, WAY important.
  6. Client Portal: Holy moly, Dubsado’s client portal takes things to the next level. This is a place where your client can login to access all their forms, contracts, links, emails, and more. Imagine all the emails that take place between you and your clients, now imagine them trying to find just one of those; the client portal makes this very easy for them. You can also customize the looks of the portals to match your branding, or customize it for each of your clients, you decide! I have had so many client’s appreciate the client portal because it just makes everything more streamlined for them.
  7. Forms: I have lots of various forms I send to clients, each of them designed beautifully because of Dubsado’s process. When I signed up I was worried about how much time it would take to convert all my PDF’s to forms that I could easily access and use. The Dub team helped me through this process and I was done in no time. They look great and serve multiple purposes.
  8. To-Do Lists: Think Trello! I have sets of to-dos ready to go for every type of job. I don’t want any of my client’s experiences to fall short so these help with that in big ways!
  9. Calendar Integration: This kind of explains itself but my Dubsado calendar and my Google Calendar seamlessly sync up so I have no scheduling conflicts.
  10. ALWAYS getting even BETTER: As if they haven’t thought of everything already, they’re always updating with new, fabulous features! I swear they work in their sleep because I don’t know how they do it sometimes. I am beyond happy with my choice in Dubsado as my CRM software.
