Rowan | Fresh 48 Session

Fresh 48…photos of newborns and their family within the first 48 hours, YES! It was such an honor to photograph sweet Rowan, and his family. When I walked in, I had to double check with his mom that she just had a baby because she looked incredible! The day after I had my daughter…hot mess. 😀 So, she rules.
Anyway, I got to capture some special moments between ‘M’ and ‘K’ with Rowan first. This always gives me the warm and fuzzy feelings. Those moments go by so quickly, and are so precious. I’m so glad we captured some of these early interactions. Even though childbirth and the days following are not always glamorous, they are the days that are looked back on with a smile, yearning for those days to last a tiny bit longer, and a swelling heart. So much love, and priceless moments. <3 *sigh*
Grandma brought big brother and sister. Talk about proud! Those two were adorable, and I had to chuckle when big sis kept holding her ‘shhh’ finger to her new baby brother when he was cranky. I bet she’s gotten used to it by now. She seems like she’ll be a big helper to her mama, and big bro is for sure going to teach little Rowan lots as he grows.
I am so happy for this family, they are beautiful inside and out!
